Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–7 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Shipping Time: Delivery time varies depending on your location and shipping method selected at checkout.
  • Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipping method.
  • Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email.
  • Customs & Duties: International orders may incur customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled any time before your parcel has been shipped.

Cancellation Fee Notice

A 25% cancellation fee (based on the total order amount) will apply. Once your order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Return & Exchange Policy

You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your package to request a return or exchange.

Our Mistake or Quality Issue

Wrong size, color, or style sent, or a manufacturing defect (not caused by misuse or improper handling). Return shipping is free. After inspection by our Quality Control team, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.

Customer Preference

If you are not satisfied with the product (item must be new, unused, and in original packaging). You are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Customer Ordering Mistake

If you ordered the wrong size, color, or style, you may exchange the product, but you must cover all exchange shipping costs.

Important Note: All returns must include a valid tracking number. Returns without tracking cannot be processed.

Refund Policy

Refund requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your package.

Our Mistake or Quality Issue: If you choose not to receive a replacement, you may return the product for a refund. A refund will be issued after inspection confirms the issue.

Out-of-stock or Order Not Fulfilled: If we cannot fulfill your order or the item is unavailable, we will notify you within 24 hours so you can choose a replacement or receive a full refund.
